We met Debbie and John at a Chamber of Commerce event a year before we put our house on the market. We felt comfortable with them at that time and decided a year later to work with them. They are very knowledgeable of the area and the process. They were always easy to reach and very responsive to our questions no matter how silly they may have seemed. We had an excellent open house by them and received many bids within a couple of days. Closing has been scheduled for June. We definitely recommend them.

Where to even start! Ive known Debbie and John Kopack for the better part of 20 years, when they sold a home for us in Seaford, NY. They were so amazing at that time, that it only made sense to go back to them when we decided to sell our Massapequa home recently. We began the process entirely unsure and completely on the fence about whether or not we were ready and whether we would be able to accomplish our goals. After finding a perfect house much faster than anticipated, we called John and Debbie with a call to action that only they could pull off ! Talk about stressful, as we were so afraid to lose the house we wanted for our unpreparedness to sell our current home. WELL, they DID IT! They answered every question, day and night, helped make stressful decisions much less, found the perfect buyers and were able to manage this all in about 30 days! We are now closed, moved and settled and we couldnt be happier. We owe it all to them!!!!! Bravo to the Kopack Team and Douglas Elliman. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Poor experience at an open house today. Didnt want to answer my questions or tour the house with me. I felt like I wasnt welcome. Im pre-approved there was no reason for me to be treated like a second class citizen. I wouldnt want her selling my house, she pushes buyers away.
