John is the finest realtor I've ever worked with, simply put. He is attentive and honest. He answers questions within minutes, not hours. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about buying and selling homes, neighborhoods, property valuation, etcetera, but his knowledge about homes themselves is heads and shoulders above any other realtor I've worked with. That is not meant as a slight to the other realtors, that is a compliment to John and his incredible amount of expertise when it comes to homes themselves; electrical, structural, drainage, heating and plumbing, etc. He locks in on what you're looking for, and will find it. We needed to purchase a home, on a deadline, in a horrible market. John made it happen, with time to spare, and under budget. I cannot stress this enough, if you take the time to read this review, you really don't need to look any further. In my opinion, you will not find a realtor with a more comprehensive knowledge when it comes to buying and selling a home than John. Nor will you find one more honest, open, and attentive to you.
