I am a native of Western North Carolina and have lived in South Florida for 10 years now. I am a certified Seller Representative Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and I'm currently enrolled in a course for my Broker's license to manage a Realty Company. I started real estate in rentals which carried me through the last several years. In the process, I learned all the neighborhoods, developed a deep understanding of local market value, and led the company in number of transactions per year. While real estate sales was not my primary focus in the beginning, it has evolved into that due to all of my past clients who have made the transition from rentals to sales. My additional background includes retail sales and management at the Director level for Verizon Cellular Sales. I have been a licensed securities agent as well, and worked for State Farm, Merrill Lynch and Met Life in the financial services industry with series 6,63, and 7 licenses, as well as life and health.
