So, where do I start. I live in Massachusetts and I inherited some property in Brooklyn, NY. I struggled to attempt to sell it on my own unsuccessfully. Then while my wife was having breakfast with my daughter at a hotel she ran into John and his family, and started discussing our situation. John offered to give us advice with no strings attached, and no pressure to be my agent. Of course I was suspect, but eventually through our discussions I could see John was just trying to help me. I came to trust John and started to work with him on the sale. After taking his advice and taking his direction he took us from a sale that was SIGNIFICANTLY below what I was asking to double what I was looking for. He handled the process of getting the property in a shape that drove interest through the roof. Took care of the showing of the property and negotiated the bidding war on my families behalf. He ensured that we received the strongest offer and brought a difficult situation to a wonderful conclusion. I couldnt have asked for a more professional individual to guide me through this entire process. The one thing that impressed me the most and for anyone reading this review, is I have yet to meet John face to face. I have never met John. We conducted this entire process while I was in Massachusetts and he was in New York. John was so honest that I left this entire sale in his hands and I will tell you it was the best thing I ever did. Thanks to him I am currently building a new house and have the finances to pay the entire house off and provide for my family thanks to John. And this all happened because John saw a family in need of some direction and some help that he didnt know. He didnt have to help us at all but that tells you about his character as a person. I will forever be in his debt, and if you are considering working with John, trust me, you want John and his team in your corner.
