John Grossi has been a true professional during my three transactions with him in Hayward Wi. He seems to have good real estate intuition and he worked hard to find us a nice 5 acre lot, a cabin on Fawn lake and then he sold a piece of property for us just recently. He doesn't just list your property, he works it hard with updating website, pricing strategies, showings, updates to us,signs, brochures etc. When we wanted the perfect cabin on the lake he turned us away from a few until he found us the right cabin at the right price-VERY IMPRESSIVE! I listed a commercial property with John this past summer. The property wasn't located within the Hayward market however, John gave the property and all of the potential buyers who looked at it, the attention needed to get it sold! John provided me with feedback on all showings, and he always made time to show the property even though it wasn't located within his market. John's negotiation skills are very good, as we had multiple offers on the property at one time. I strongly recommend using John as your Broker, whether you're selling commercial, residential or recreational property. You won't be disappointed!
