Johns marketing plan was extensive, rapidly set in motion and effective. I especially appreciate the way John talked and listened to us. He really listened and worked with us (I travel weekly). John showed us how to set the house for pictures and the results were astonishing. The photos and 3D walk through really captured the value of the house. John also managed an open house with virtually no requirement from our end. In the end we had an offer in 48hrs that was much higher than our asking price (which we jumped on). John also stayed the course and hand walked us through the closing with every form sent by email for signature (due to my travel). Top notch job and results. You will not regret having John as your realtor! John is the best.
