Greetings, my goal is to provide my clients, sellers and buyers, with the best experience possible--helping them exceed their objectives. I have successfully closed 100's of Real Estate transactions. I excell in the major areas of competency which are valuable to a real estate agent--expertise in real estate, marketing, sales, and management. I enjoy helping people find the properties that best fit their needs and their goals. My passion is to find creative ways to get deals done and have winning results for all parties. Getting transactions to close can be tough sometimes but that is my specialty. I like to evaluate buyer's and seller's situations and find the options that will work best for them. I grew up in a Military family and have lived in over 15 states and several countries. I have lived in San Diego over 35 years. I know and enjoy San Diego and the surrounding communities.
