We made our decision to see within a week, and John was there to guide us each step of the way. My husband and I are not very tech savvy, and John , and his team were extremely accessible, and helpful getting us through the paperwork, both understanding what was needed, and how to complete everything. Members of his team, including the escrow team for the sale of the house, and our mortgage broker in the purchase of our new home, have been extremely helpful, open, and always available to answer questions, helping us through forms, etc. along the way.
