Karin continues to invest in her career and now holds three prestigious designations that are well recognized within the industry. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Karin works to educate sellers to help avoid foreclosure while discussing the advantages of a short sale. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Karins clients can have complete confidence that she will negotiate strongly on their behalf achieving the best result. As a Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), Karin has the added knowledge to help qualify clients for a HAFA short sale while working to get them back on the path to financial recovery.
