Karin has over 18 years of experience in residential real estate and new homebuilding coupled with a degree in Interior Design. Having worked for one of the largest homebuilders in the country, Karin held a variety of high-level positions from General Sales Manager to Director of Operations, all providing her with a solid platform as she moved into being a full-time Realtor. Karin continues to invest in her career and now holds three prestigious designations that are well recognized within the industry. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Karin works to educate sellers to help avoid foreclosure while discussing the advantages of a short sale. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Karins clients can have complete confidence that she will negotiate strongly on their behalf achieving the best result. As a Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), Karin has the added knowledge to help qualify clients for a HAFA short sale while working to get them back on the path to financial recovery. Throughout my career, I've found that creating relationships and building trust is the key to success and as result, relationships with my clients continue long after the transaction is complete. It's the personal service coupled with ongoing and open communication with your clients that really defines the difference.
