We had no clue where to start when it came to buying a home and John not only walked us through the whole process from A to Z with patience, but he didnt just try to push a house on us to make commission. He has a lot of knowledge about homes, roofing and Reno/repair costs from his many years experience as a contractor which was invaluable to us. There were actually a couple houses where he said nope this isnt your house lets go or no youre going to end up with TONS of repairs which was very refreshing after walking into some dumps with other realtors and them just highlighting the positives. John is not going to steer you wrong just to make a buck, he genuinely cares about his clients. If or when we buy/sell again John will 100% be our realtor.
