John was a business partner in our search for a new home. In an incredibly difficult market where inventory was exceptionally low and offers were fast and furious, John certainly would have been in the position to "get me in a house" and move on. He did the exact opposite - he helps us slow down and create a strategy. In the end we walked away from two houses that we would have bought if we just "wanted to be in a house" and we ended up in the perfect spot! We could not have done it without John.

John was very easy to work with, and he clearly knows the local real estate market. Photos of the house he had taken were excellent and really highlighted the appeal of the property online. We were working within some time constraints and John helped make the sale happen quickly within the time frame and at the price were were hoping for.
