The entire Czoer team is excellent. We moved from out of state so John took us on a full tour of the city to see all the areas helping us decide where we wanted to live. He not only negotiated the price on our new home he helped us find contactors, inspectors, and anything else we needed including good places to eat. The personal care and touches we received was far beyond anything I have experienced from a big corporate team. If you want to be treated like family and work with a team that goes above and beyond the Czoer team is the perfect choice.

Bev, John, Jack, and Sue made our home listing and selling process as easy as possible on us. It was especially challenging during a global pandemic but they made everything go as easy and quick as possible. AMAZING!!!! Bev Staggs and the Czoer Team were just amazing and wonderful to work with. For us, moving to an unknown area, we didn?t know what to expect. Bev was very knowledgeable on the area and once we visited with her the first time, she had an idea of what we were looking for. When it came time for negotiations, Bev didn?t even hesitate.
