We heard great things about John Coleman from a friend, so we reached out for both the sale and purchase. He's easily one of the best professionals we've worked with in DC. Not only is John an experienced and highly responsive agent, but he's also a fun, down to earth guy who respects his clients. We felt that we were well-advised but not steered throughout our time navigating the challenging real estate market of Fall-Winter 2022, with large amounts of our equity at stake. John works with the broader JMG team as well, which allows him to provide a truly full service operation throughout home renovation, prep for sale, listing, open houses, follow up with other agents, home tours, and closing. John MC'ed most of this, but we also received great help from Rhiannon Swanson on the sale, Ashley Brudowsky on the purchase, and Matthew Scheren on the closing, as well as others in the group. Also, their broader network that they work with is top notch, including contractors for any renovations, marketing, photos, staging, movers, title, lenders, and home inspection. We used their people every step of the way and were glad we did. I can't say that all sellers left 2022 happy, but having worked with John and Jason Martin Group, we certainly did.
