John did a fabulous job of answering all of our questions to detail. My husband and I were interested in a fixer-upper house and we were able to ask John all kinds of questions with his contractor background and he steered us away from houses that were money pits. He also did an incredible job in the negotiation process. During an incredibly competitive market he got us $10k lower than asking on the house price and around $4000 in credits towards closing. Here we are in 2023 and buying our second house and John's son, Casey, is working on renting out our first home. Thank you John for all of your help buying our house! He found us a home in the neighborhood we wanted, with the square footage we asked for and the price we were looking to stay within. This guy is like the Terminator, you definitely want him on your side. He just wont quit until he finds you what you asked for. If you dont hire this guy youre making a huge mistake. Let him sell your old home and buy your new one. Simply Superb Service!!!
