John Castro is an exceptional person and Real Estate professional. He kept an eye for any sales that could open up on a condominium that I have been really interested in. I finally was able to buy a townhouse in the same place because of his negotiation skills and expertise in the market. From negotiating the price, convincing the sellers that we were the right buyers for the property, placing the contract, finding a suitable lender, being there for the appraisal, finding the right company for the inspection, finding an insurance broker, and being there for us made me feel at ease in the buying process. He kept informing us about what to do and what to expect . He called the HOA association for answers on the approval. I will go to buy another property with him on my side guiding us. My husband and I are so glad and fortunate to have a person like him to help us every step of the way! We will definitely do business with him in the future. He knows what we wanted and he delivered. Not only the same area but the best townhouse in it!
