I had reached out to Zillow to inquire on more information regarding a property because the description unlike most gave no information. I was messaged back quickly and prompted to reach out to Mary S. to hopefully gain some clarity on the posted property which had not been available for very many days. The response I received was less then helpful and made it seem as if this property is not accepting anymore applications. I had not provide any personal information other my first name and my two questions & was told two applications were put in, aEURoewell qualified peopleaEUR?. Not even allowing me an opportunity at a chance at the house or an application.. nor did she provide any clarity on any of my simple questions. As overwhelming as selling these properties may be you should never shut someone down unless if you have a closer. This is bad for business in my opinion and turns people down before they even have a chance at a home with only 2 physical applications received so far! Very sad for this experience.

Didnt have any pictures of the house on the Zillow listing so I inquired about photos. Sent me grainy photos from an old listing when house was sold. Three weeks go by and she finally messages me (today) for an appointment to see the inside of the home this afternoon. I agree to see it this afternoon and when I get there, no one was there. I messaged her and responded with that the home was already taken. Waste of my time and made arrangements in order to see the him. Not even a heads up before the appointment or an apology for dropping the ball.

Joe Blankenship is by far the most knowledgeable, professional and ethical real estate agent in Elk Grove. I recently purchased a home this past September in Elk Grove and Joe helped facilitate this.
