John is the first investor friendly agent that I've worked with and I'm very happy with his process. When I first contacted him, I outlined exactly what I was looking for and the number of properties I wanted to accumulate. He was extremely responsive and was able to find me rentals that have and continue to perform very well. We have bought and sold houses twice with John, both times in somewhat difficult market years, 2020 and 2025. John does things that not every other agent knows how to do. He actively markets your house. He knows how to get traffic to your online listing and to your open house. He does amazing walk through videos. He's there with you through inspection, repairs, and he knows how to get everything done for a smooth closing. He has a network of service people ready to help with quick repairs (you won't be left guessing and having to do the leg work yourself). He has extensive knowledge of home construction and remodeling. He has walked us through many houses helping us ballpark cost and value and helping us decide if we should make an offer. Next time we buy or sell, you can bet he's our agent.
