I work with a lot of first time home buyers and I work with a few investors looking for the diamond in the rough to fix and flip or fix and rent. In addition I work with many families looking to sell their starter home and upsize. On these transactions I work as the listing and buying agent.
I was a union carpenter since 1999 but always had a love for houses. In 2009 I lost my job and started my own remodeling company. It was during this time I fell in love with older homes. In 2017 the opportunity to hang up my tool belt and get my broker's license came about and I decided helping people in this industry was my life's calling. I truly love what I do!
Due to my years of construction and renovation experience I know of no other Realtors in my area who know as much about homes as I do. My keen eye to detail and design along with my knowledge of structure and my passion for helping people allows me to give my buyers a better understanding of true updating or renovating costs to ensure they get the most home for their money.
