About John Bonfiglio

As a 6 generation Santa Clara resident, my roots run deep in the Bay Area. Real estate has always been a passion of mine. As a young kid I would take home floor plans from books and magazines and find ways to make them better. I studied industrial and mechanical drafting and design in school. My first job as a sophomore in high school was a draftsman for an electrical contractor in Fremont. I began my real estate career in mortgages and transitioned to owning and running a real estate and mortgage company in Palo Alto. I later added a second office in Sutter Creek. In 2010 I decided to join a large firm to better serve my clients needs. RE/MAX is the #1 real estate agency in the country with the ability to serve my clients worldwide.

I got myself in a bad situation with my home. I was at risk of having my home foreclosed on. John came in very late in this process. John was able to find an all cash buyer in very little time, talk with the lender and stop the pending foreclosure sale. John was able to get me out of a very scary situation and get me way more money for my home than I thought I was going to get! I only wish I would have called him sooner!
