John Batliner

John and Cindy Batliner first started coming down to Southwest Florida in 2013. To say they fell in love with the area would be an understatement as they are already on home number 4. John's past experience of 30+ years as an audio executive saw him travel around the world and visit more than 60 countries. Cindy's entrepreneurial bug saw her start up and run two different successful home furnishing consignment shops and then transition to owning/operating a successful vacation cottage rental business. After personally completing over 25 real estate transactions this dynamic duo is no stranger to the real estate market and have lots of fresh ideas on how to maximize what your home sells for and how to sell it quickly!
