We purchased our home in Glendale through John in 2012 after 4 years of looking. John was super patient & professional with thorough knowledge of the market throughout the valley. In October of 2022 we decided to sell and contacted John. John, Naudia,Terry and their entire team did an incredibly professional and first class job of presenting our home to the market with photos, videos, presentation brochure and advertising. The first weekend the listing went live, they did open houses on both Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday and Monday, we received multiple competing offers and sold the home to a really nice family. From the opening of escrow to closing, John, Naudia, Terry and their team communicated with us timely, accurately and with patience. We're so happy , we referred our next door neighbors to them!! Working with Sharon Coffini and the Arizona Home Group was an absolute blessing! We had been looking for almost 9 years to relocate from Pittsburgh to Arizona. Over the years, Sharon met with us a few times, took all of our wants/needs/dislikes, and built a customized filter that would send us houses to review daily/weekly. When we finally sold our house, Sharon went above and beyond and would talk with us often multiple times a day in helping us finding a house some 2k+ miles away.
