John and Shannon Kromm have been AMAZING. We were looking for a realtor for about 4 months before we came across John at an open house. We had been searching online and at open houses (some realtors are actually rude! Felt like the movie Pretty Woman) Luckily, we met John and he was kind, very knowledgeable, honest and never made us feel pressured. Before even walking out of the open house my partner and I knew we wanted to work with him. If youre wanting two experts in the Bend area, look no further than John and Shannon! They look out for your best interests over just getting a sale for themselves. They dont over complicate the buying and selling process. They truly go to bat for you and do the hard work without stressing you out with it. They are also great about being as involved or as hands off as you want which we appreciated! Not to mention how tuned into they market they are. They didn't skip a beat through the whole process, even going out of their way to even help me start building a network at work since I didn't know anyone in the area and they knew my personal goals in moving depended on it.
