Before I worked with Joette, I had a less than favorable opinion of Real Estate Agents as a whole...after buying more that eight-homes to date. I saw them as glorified sales representatives that did not work very hard at their craft. However, since working with Joette, my opinion has changed 360-degrees. She not only worked hard for me but had an in-depth knowledge of the business and an incredible understanding of the area and the homes available. She advised me at every turn to make sure I was aware of all situations regarding any house we viewed. She was receptive to my needs and concerns and did not make me uncomfortable with any concerns that I may have had on any property. All-in-all, it was a fantastic experience working with her. Her sense of humor and positive approach was much appreciated during many days of viewing properties in the hot July sun. Joette had fanatic advice for a phased approach to get the beautifully staged, by her, home listed While the other issues were addressed elsewhere. Every recommended source she suggested performed excellently due to her know of contractors, estate sales, etc. she did a thorough market analysis, always recommended negotiating hard, but fairly, staged the house to emphasize it strengths, wrote compelling description of the property without cliches and used social media lto the max to generate interest. it felt like a team working with her, she provided frequent, frank feedback. She is a wl professional who respects buyers and sellers alike in the process .
