My brother and I were recently tasked with selling our late Mothers home. We were fortunate in stumbling upon Joel Sandman (actually he came highly recommended from our late Mothers attorney). Joels personality/approach is an easy going but confident balance of knowledge, insight, compassion, professionalism, urgency and open honesty. We live about 2 hours from Lexington, so Joel made a point of going by Moms routinely to check on things and kept us informed. His communications via email or text were clear, concise, informative and appropriate frequency. Joel even showed up to help me with a couple last minute requests from the buyer.
