Joel was great. He was a Godsend for us. My boyfriend and I were scrambling to find a place. We only had 3 weeks to do so and we werent getting anywhere by ourselves. Once Joel started to help us, our luck changed. We ended up finding a beautiful condo in the area we desired (with Joels help). Joel was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient.
