In our quest to find the house of our dreams , we went through 5 Real Estate agents over a span of 4 years or so. We almost lost hope to find the house with our specifics, until we met Joe. Joe was very helpful as I worked to narrow what I was looking to buy. We worked together over 2 years on and off as I went through the process. His knowledge while prices were escalating and how to negotiate during that time was great. Further, by the time I found the right combination, Joe was the right person to deal with when the market had changed because of rising interest rates. He was able to get an above asking price for the home I was selling even as prices and transaction numbers were falling. I plan on using Joe again in the future as my real estate needs progress.

Joe help us a lot during the negotiation process to get to a really nice deal, at one point we thought the house was escaping from us , but he managed his magic and we got it!
