I recently represented and out of state buyer looking for a vacation condo. He and I reviewed property remotely and when he flew down for a couple of days we found a great property at a good price with lower HOA fees than competitors. Beyond the initial selection of the property we handled the financing, inspections, repair agreement, and closing without my client having to travel back to the beach until after closing.
