If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor for Teller and El Paso Counties (and surrounding areas), then look no further than Joe Tanis. Joe is active in the community he serves, so he has the inside track on information listings may not tell you. Joe can provide expert knowledge on information you didn't even think to ask for! In addition, Joe has a vast network of trades people he works with, so if your new home/business needs a bit of work, get a referral from Joe. He (and his referral) saved me a boat load when it came to cleaning my carpets! Those kinds of relationships and that kind of information is invaluable. Joe had a professional photographer take photos and posted them on the MLS. There was an immediate Interest in the property and we had a good contract in 5 days! Joe took care of every detail in the selling and closing process. Scheduled inspections, had the septic tank pumped and took care of all buyer and seller concerns. Coordinated the transfer of electric and propane accounts and minor issues between buyers and seller for a very smooth and satisfactory closing. Scheduled the closing with Unified Title (highly recommended!) in Woodland Park, who provided coffee - Joe brought the donuts. I recommend Joe Tanis as a knowledgeable and conscientious real estate agent and will hire him again in the future.
