ZillowVERIFIEDJoe takes more of a consultant approach to helping you buy a home vs. the classic salesmen approach. A couple agents we met with before Joe did not have much in the way of opinions and clearly just wanted you to buy a house, any house. Joe and his team will help you pull a house apart when you look at it. He will tell you anything he dug up on the property and if you ask any questions he does not know the answer too he will find an answer for you. He has a great eye for finding existing issues and is very straight forward in his opinions. Meeting Joe makes very clear the difference between a novice and a professional. He does not just want to help you buy a home. He wants you to bring him back to sell that house when your ready for the next one. I would recommend him to anybody I know and if I need to move I will be using him to sell my home.

Before going with Joe I wanted to meet up with him in person to see what hes like. During that time were we were able to meet up he explained how the process works and how quickly he could sell our home. A few months later when we put up our house for sale he was on point and the house sold on the first day. Joe also got me in touch with Kevin from capital home loans. Kevin and Courtney were also able to help me secure the new loan for our home. Joe has a lot of expertise in selling homes and making things happen. Joe also had great communication and would call me when he needed some thing and also when I had a question for him he would answer even on the weekends. Theres no question I asked that he didnt know and he was completely honest through the process and made my family and I am very comfortable. He helped us get our dream house and for what he did for my family I cannot put a price on it except let him know how much we appreciate him.
