Soo Kim was the real estate agent representing the sellers for what would ultimately be a first-home purchase for my wife and me. We met Soo during the open house and she couldn't have been more welcoming and personable. We could tell that she was authentic in that she was actually curious to learn more about my wife and I, what we were shopping for, and in digging deeper to answer any questions we had about the property if she didn't know it already.
