I interviewed 3 separate realtors and the other two had more 'experience' according to their sales listings and length doing this for a career. Joe was more knowledgeable and more attentive to the details than the others. Joe was very responsive to my questions and took the time to explain what he did daily, and what I did (3 house sales) in my lifetime. He saw the opportunity to push the market a bit on my house sale and was open and honest with the buyers, yet still protected my interests. Great job and thank you!
