Joe and The O Team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the homebuying process! PCS moves are always stressful, but going OCONUS was a whole different beast. I was very nervous about buying a home I'd never seen, nonetheless in a place I'd never even been to, and doing it with an agent that was in a time zone 6 hours behind me. With Joe and The O Team, these worries were washed away. They explained the different areas of the island/city and gave me pros and cons for each so I could narrow the search down to areas that were right for me. Joe showed all of the homes we looked at over FaceTime and explained what he was seeing, feeling, and even smelling so it felt like we were in the room with him. The time difference made little to no impact as Joe and The O Team were always willing to change their schedule to accommodate mine. I so appreciate the time and effort they put in to finding a home that checked all the boxes (a few I didn't even think about!). Highly recommend this stellar team if you're looking to buy on Oahu!

Joe and his team made home buying from a distance seamless. Joe went above and beyond to not only have a user friendly app, selected homes for us to see, but took pictures and measurements of every little thing. He describes everything from ambiance, to smell, to the attitudes of the selling agents. He responds usually within 5-10 minutes and he knows how to get things done in a timely manner. My favorite qualities working together was his blunt honesty, contagious laughter, and absolutely unequivocal work ethic. He managed his team well and we made the absolute best decision with our home. Id 100% recommend them to any buyer and will use them when we move again (far in the future).
