In one day he showed us seven listings around Denver on a Friday, submitted an offer on Saturday, counter on Sunday, and had us under contract that Monday. The kicker? Joe did an awesome job helping us purchase a home in Fort Collins. He is very knowledgable about the Fort Collins neighborhoods and schools and pays attention to what your looking for. He's professional but also has a fun and relaxed personality and even our 8 year old enjoyed touring the town and several homes with him. We were new to the area and he took his time to show us around town so we could see alot of different neighborhoods and zone in on what we were really looking for which in our case was great schools, a private yard, and easy access to trails and parks. Since we were living out of state at the time and didn't find a home when we first came out he personally showed us several homes by video chat which was very helpful in a fast moving market. Joe really did a great job all the way through the process. He even helped us with the movers when they showed up before we could be there and he waited several hours until they dropped off all of our items to make sure everything was good for us. We highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a home in the Fort Collins and northern colorado area.

Joe has impeccable customer service. As I was using Joe to buy our new forever home and also sell my previous home, Joe made sure he was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the processes so that I was comfortable with all the events that were occurring. I definitely felt at ease having Joe in my corner and I knew he had my best interests in mind as well. Its not too often you get someone who delivers on their promises, but Joe was that realtor who put our needs above his own!!!!
