Joe was recommended to me by a coworker, and was a huge help in purchasing a home from out of state. Terrible customer service.. Called multiple times and texted with no response. Finally after 7 days and my 5th attempt, someone from his phone number responded the property had already identified a tenant. I understand rental dont pay alot of commission to the realtor but if your going to take rentals on you should still provide good customer service. I would not recommend this company.
