We are lucky to have been referred to Joe Graham and his team at Graham Real Estate Group for our home search. The first time we spoke with Joe on the phone, he spent a good hour or more to get to know both my husband and I, answered our questions, provided a wealth of data about the current economy during this time, factors we should consider for the future, and shared a ton of information on the different residential areas we were considering and areas we had never thought of. Rather, he opened our eyes and educated us on what he is a subject matter expert on, real estate and the neighborhoods of Naperville. With all of his knowledge, we were able to narrow our search from multiple suburbs to a few select neighborhoods in North Naperville that would best suit our family needs. Everyday of our search, making offers, and leading up to closing day, he worked tirelessly, always making us feel like we were his priority and he cared. Making the decision to sell the home we lived in for over 20 years, raised our kids, and made thousands and thousands of memories was not an easy one, but we were ready for a change and excited about the prospect of making memories in a new house. Selling our home was the easiest, smoothest process. Amy was communicative on what the next steps were and hooked us up with a stager (who's advise was very helpful). They scheduled an open house the first weekend the house went up and that proved to be the best method because 1. They created hype because our house was flooded with people the full 2 hrs and we had multiple offers. Ended up selling for over asking! We also bought a new home with Joe Graham. We are now in a neighborhood we adore and it was a very smooth process. Would highly recommend for selling a home! They are a very well oiled machine ;) and very kind.
