Joe Farinetti

Joe Farinetti was raised on the water in Eastern Baltimore County, attended UMBC and later graduated from the French Culinary Institute of New York City. Over a 12 year span he owned and operated a contracting firm generating over 4 million in yearly sales and spent several years working and consulting for several Federal Credit Unions in their home lending divisions. As a Realtor and Team Lead for the Black Dog Home Group Joe is in the top 10% of all Harford County Realtors based on his sales production alone. His accomplishments at Keller Williams American Premier Realty include serving on the brokerages Agent Leadership Council, comprised of top agents who are responsible for recruiting, training and setting agent policy.



Over the past 3 years Joe Farinetti and Agent Greg Chamish have collectively sold over 43 million in real estate, helping more than 160 families buy and sell.
