About Joe Farinetti

Joe Farinetti was raised on the water in Eastern Baltimore County, attended UMBC and later graduated from the French Culinary Institute of New York City. Over a 12 year span he owned and operated a contracting firm generating over 4 million in yearly sales and spent several years working and consulting for several Federal Credit Unions in their home lending divisions. As a Realtor and Team Lead for the Black Dog Home Group Joe is in the top 10% of all Harford County Realtors based on his sales production alone. His accomplishments at Keller Williams American Premier Realty include serving on the brokerages Agent Leadership Council, comprised of top agents who are responsible for recruiting, training and setting agent policy. Greg Chamish is the absolute best realtor that I have ever used; and thats going some since I just bought my 10th house. Jess has been by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. There was a struggle with getting our house that was on the seller's side and Jess took the reigns and pushed to get everything done and took it all on to alleviate our stress.
