I've often heard that the process of buying your first home is very trying and stressful. Well, working with Joe while purchasing my first home couldn't have been less stressful. Every step of the way Joe was there to make sure all my questions were answered and most importantly my expectations were managed. Joe, is the best in the business. I both sold and then bought my new house with him. He knows all aspects of buying and selling. Any issues I had, he had just the right contact. All his contacts were perfect; finances, contractors, movers & legal...all professionals. They were all knowledgeable, affordable and best of all, available!(because they love working with Joe) He gets right back to you, he's very accommodating! I was selling after almost 30 years in my house, very emotional...he has the patience of a true gentleman. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough, he is second to none!
