Working with Joe is what I needed after working briefly with two prior realtors who disappointed. When meeting with realtors to help sell our home I met with Joe Cirafici and I was highly impressed with his professionalism and even more impressed when he returned that evening with a full presentation of comparable sales and a confident projection on what he could sell our house for. His services included professional staging, photos, 3D virtual tour and Drone footage of the house and neighborhood.
