Listed my home by writing a paragraph, I supplied all the photos. When the buyers did their inspection and then became unreasonable, I told him I would need to speak with my attorney about how to proceed. He then called me "bipolar". Who speaks to a client in that manner that pays them to be professional? All he cares about is the commission check. He didn't sell my house, another agent did. If you want to be insulted and treated like a doormat, call him. Stay away . . . there are PLENTY of other choices out there.
