Jody helped me understand what things would help my home sell and once we listed the house it sold within hours! She helped explain the listing price she recommended with reference material to support her recommendation and also told me realistic expectations of different list prices we had discussed. Professional pictures were taken of the house which turned out great and the description really detailed the pros of the property! She did a great job explaining the incoming offers and helping chose what was best for me. Highly recommend her as your listing agent!
