Jody made the sale of my mother-in-laws house about as easy as could be done with several difficult situations. We had several different owners with a house that had not been updated for 40 years so there was some circumstances that could have made this sale difficult but Jody and the staff handled everything with ease. Absolutely amazing! Jody goes above and beyond. She got us more then we expected and soo fast. Love her. After we moved out and the house was empty, she kept an eye on the pool and lawn. She arranged a lawn guy to come out and mow for us, she added water to the pool!

We decided to sell our rental in Mansfield and being an out of state owner presents several challenges.
