My husband and I worked with Jody to shop for, and ultimately purchase, our first home in this absolute nightmare of a housing market. We were as chaotic as any first time homebuyers, I'm sure, with the added pizazz of needing to relocate from Northern VA and always having our infant in tow. Jody listened to our laundry list of must-haves, and then followed us on a bit of a wild goose chase as we realized that what we thought we wanted didn't really align with what we liked in practice (she even drove all the way out to Caroll County one Sunday morning to show us a house we went totally rogue in finding on Zillow.) Jody's market and industry expertise was invaluable in our search, but her attention to detail, flexibility, and mind-reading abilities are truly what got us to closing day. Plus, and this might be the most important part, Jody is someone you'd be totally happy to spend hours a day for weeks on end driving around and chatting with.

Jody did a wonderful job in helping me to navigate the purchase of a new home in Anne Arundel County. It all happened very quickly, but she was on top of every activity and made me comfortable with the whole process. She was very communicative, knowledgeable, and had contacts for any service that was needed. I had a unique situation that popped up right before closing, but she helped me negotiate and manage the situation and help get it resolved. Even after closing, she has reached out to see how everything was going and if she could help in any way. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Jody is the best realtor. She helped us with selling two homes (Baltimore and Glen Burnie) and the purchase of one home (Glen Burnie). She is communicative, detailed, diligent, and ALWAYS does whats best for her clients. When selling our homes, she advised us every step of the way and made sure we could prep our homes for the maximum profit. When buying our home, she helped us along every home tour and was able to advise us in wisdom of our decision, and never just tried to make a quick sale.
