After considerable research on several realtors in greater Oxford I engaged Jody Black to sell my Moms house in TaylorPlein Air This was my first time working with a realtor to sell a house entirely on my own so needless to say I had anxiety going in From the first point of contact to the last Jody was a consummate professional He shared his superior expertise freely and efficiently His exactitude with the myriad of details in the home sale process was matched with sincere compassion and understanding at just the right moments never wasting any of our time with patronizing overtures and false promises Before Id even talked seriously about selling he helped my Mom save thousands by referring a painter to help get our home ready for sale And this isnt just empty talk in slightly over one month we went from initial listing to closing even with plenty of bumps along the way changes to the contract with buyers etc While some of the speed of sale could be attributed to our specific house and market the actual sale would never have happened with such a superior end result and so easily without him Ive had encounters with numerous other realtors in the past and few if any were half as good as Jody Hes an asset to the Oxford real estate market and the community and has my highest recommendation
