My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Jody. We partnered with Jody to both buy and sell. Buy first, sell second. This is our second home purchase, so after our first home purchase experience, I knew what I wanted in a realtor. I had initially wanted to interview 3-4 realtors, but after our first meeting with Jody, I was blown away. I didnt bother to schedule anything else. Jody was incredibly professional and prepared during our introductory meeting. She provided key information such as her background, key comparators, what she thought the value of our home was (and more critically, why), and how she would market our home. Again, I as instantly sold. As we looked for a home to purchase, Jodys no pressure approach let us experience the homes through our own lens. With that said, as we toured, she would point out pros and cons. It was really helpful because there were things I hadnt considered. Jody also high availability, which meant when a house came on the market, we were able to be one of the first individuals to see the home. When we got to the offer stage, Jodys deep relationships, knowledge of the local market, and data base approach helped us make competitive offers. She also knew how to partner effectively with the other agent to understand THEIR clients priorities, which again helped us make the right offer. In retrospect, buying a home is the easier part :) When it was time to sell our home, Jody did a couple of walk throughs to provide feedback. She had a stager come in and a professional take pictures. Her marketing and listing strategy was based on the current marketaEUR| which worked really well. If you want a professional realtor who has deep experience and can provide wise council, look no further - Jody is the one!
