Jodi knows the market and has excellent negotiation skills. We started by having her tour our home and discuss what needed to be updated and fixed as well as how to present our home according to the current buyer's market trends so as not to waste our time and money on things that wouldn't add to the sales price. We followed her advice and a few months later we put our house on the market and garnered multiple offers within 36 hours, Jodi expertly negotiated the offers and we settled on an offer closing at 80K over asking. Jodi also helped us find our new home and was always ready to go the extra mile whether it was sending us photos and videos when we couldn't be in person to view a home or to inquire about more information from the listing agent. Jodi and her whole team are the best around. I have already recommended her to others. I could have easily chosen Realtors I knew personally from my previous career but instead chose Jodi and her team because I respected her work ethic, expertise and personality. BEST DECISION EVER!
