My family and I greatly appreciate having had the opportunity to luck into an expert like Sheryl. She transformed this experience for us, first-time home buyers, from a stressful and tedious process to an exciting journey. Before working with Sherly and her team, we looked at and placed offers on houses with others who were not nearly as knowledgeable as Sherly is, and ultimately those bids fell through. Sherryl updated us about everything, responded quickly to our inquiries, and informed us about things we had no idea we needed to know. She worked diligently to find a home that would be realistic and most suitable for us, despite the current unfavorable market. It took us a year to clean out and refurbish our condo to get it market ready and Jodi Boxer was the only Realtor of the three that provided us with initial Market Analysis who stuck with us through all that time. She gave us a call once a month to see how we were doing, always willing to give advice as needed. She put up with our stresses and anxieties in a difficult market situation without pushing or judging. We had the added difficulty of being nearly two hours away from the property, and she handled several emergency situations for us herself so that we wouldnt have to drive down in often times heavy and dangerous traffic. In spite of several withdrawn offers with rising interest rates, we still managed to clear the amount that we targeted in our first meeting. Professional job from start to finish.
