It took us a year to clean out and refurbish our condo to get it market ready and Jodi Boxer was the only Realtor of the three that provided us with initial Market Analysis who stuck with us through all that time. She gave us a call once a month to see how we were doing, always willing to give advice as needed. She put up with our stresses and anxieties in a difficult market situation without pushing or judging. We had the added difficulty of being nearly two hours away from the property, and she handled several emergency situations for us herself so that we wouldnt have to drive down in often times heavy and dangerous traffic. In spite of several withdrawn offers with rising interest rates, we still managed to clear the amount that we targeted in our first meeting. Professional job from start to finish.
