My wife and I were very concerned about the selling process of our home in Colorado Springs because we had already left the area and were in another state. After carefully researching potential realtors and real estate firms, we were blessed to find Jodi. I give her five stars in all review categories. Jodi is extremely passionate about her work and in taking great care of her clients. We asked her to take a look at our house and give us her expert opinion. She was totally upfront about the asking price with repairs/upgrades or without. We opted for the recommendations she made and those changes rewarded us very favorably. Jodi has access multiple contacts for anything you want or need done. She is able get the contractors to provide estimates and complete projects in minimal time and at very reasonable rates. We were reviewing other homes in our neighborhood that had been on the market for as long as six months with no movement other than reducing the price but still not selling. We were surprised that Jodi stated very confidently she believed she could sell out house in 30 days. Jodi listed our house with amazing photos and writeup and the same day had a showing. She called the next morning with a contract from a buyer. 36 days later we closed. We never had to leave our home in Texas to complete anything because it was all so automated and smooth. Another area that was very impressive is her communication skills and the ease of which everything flows. All emails, texts, and phone calls were answered immediately or if she was busy, with a very quick response. There was never a question that went unanswered with most of our questions being anticipated and answered prior to us having to ask them. Her team member Stacie is just as amazing, and they work together like clockwork along with their team at the title company.
