Terrific Experience Jocelyn is just a top-notch realtor, was so supportive every step of the way in selling our home. We'd lived there for over 30 years, so we needed her counsel on things to do to make our home more attractive to buyers. And, she has "a guy" for everything - we needed to get some painting done, and she gave us a contractor to call who did an excellent job for us. Same goes for when she was doing another assessment at our house and we'd had a plumbing "emergency", another great contractor fixed our issue in a hurry. We got a showing & offer just a few days after putting it on the market, which is just awesome, but that required some "hustle" on our part to get 34 years worth of collected stuff packed up and ready to move. Thought I wasn't going to make it in time - and with her suggestion, we were able to make it happen. Throughout the process from buyer's home inspection and appraisal (a stressful time for us) through the closing she kept us informed and answered my many questions.
