FAQ
To be open-minded to all possibilities, to be patient, because this is a very long and time-consuming process, and to find a real estate agent that they identify with, and to know that their agent has their back.
To find an agent who makes them feel comfortable when talking about the process, someone who knows and understands their needs to sell, and most importantly someone they can entrust with their home.
I have worked with first-time home buyers, sellers, and second-time buyers.
My last transaction was very long, and a lot of problems arose, we had title issues with the sellers, we had problems with the town the computers got hacked, and we were scheduled to close in March but didn't end up closing until May, it was everything you don't want to happen in a transaction happen but we did close late but we close, and now my client is happy in her new home now.
I have always loved real estate, but right after the pandemic, I said to myself hey why not start doing the real estate course now that I'm home, I have always had a fascination with the real estate world I think just seeing all this shows on tv has opened my eyes to so many possibilities in life that I couldn't resist. so I went to the real estate school and started my classes in 2022, and here I am, I believe this is the best decision I have ever made in my work career.
Not yet but I'm planning on taking as many classes as possible to assist my clients.
