We were so pleased working with Joanne. We had a tenant in the property who didn't make the showing process easy. Joanne used her communication skills appropriately and the tenant became cooperative. The property was one that many lenders would not consider but Joanne searched for other possibilities. I have many years of Real Estate sales experience. One requirement I think many people overlook, when deciding on who to work with toward their purchase or sale, is how easily and comfortably they can communicate with their Agent.
