She definitely knows DE, has experience with military which I also think is a great asset to carry in her case. Shes very welcoming and goes way above beyond the call of any duties. She listened to what I wanted as well as what I didnt want, very important to me. So glad that I chose her as my agent. My husband and I relocated from Florida to Delaware and we had no local knowledge, we were not able to travel to see homes in person, this was our first time purchasing a home, and we had a fairly tight budget given the crazy housing market. Kim made the process SO EASY. She would send videos of homes and do descriptive walk throughs, kept us in realistic neighborhoods and budgets, and she explained every document and process step when we placed an offer. We ended up in a perfect starter home for a very good price and couldn?t be more grateful for her help. We will be using Kim again when we are ready to expand. I HIGHLY recommend using her as your realtor!

She met with contractors if I needed her to since I was working to make sure the job looked good and helped with literally anything I needed. I appreciate her so much and couldnt have done it without her.
